Avg temp 2* thought my feet had frostbite ,felt the cold air in my lungs which gave me lead legs most of the ride. Or maybe it’s the running. Was it colder this morning or just me dropping my lipstick.Time for shoe covers .We all occasionally drop that proverbial lipstick. It's okay. Nice to see you embracing the 6-9 period and riding. This morning was suprisingly warm compared to the last few mornings out which was a welcome change.Last week we had frost on the wide open sections of veld, but this week there was nothing.
