Is that like the equivalent to an average winters day in SA?

???????? Nice quip. English summer days can get long and hot.  I remember a heatwave in the summer of 2003 with seven successive days with temps in the high 30ºCs in London.  That trip was primarily to watch the Proteas klap England at Lords and to get laid but I also did several voluntary shifts with London Accident and Emergency Service. 461 people died of heatstroke in London in those seven days. Just an "aside".

An hour of easy spinning in the “pain cave”

Agree, if I look at those tools on the wall it can be painful indeed. ????

24 degrees, no wind, sun up since 5am, not getting bike jacked or run over by a bakkie.... yup sounds about the same.

There’s more to SA than white bakkies and bike jacking you know

we have loadshedding, state looting, Monopoly money  and an incredibly useless vaccine rollout

But hey we’ve got great weather

The way the table in the foreground blends into the background simply scrambles my perspective and my brain into seeing your laptop as if it is HUGE.????

I adore this quote:

Because in the end, you won’t remember the times you spent in the office or mowing your lawn. Climb that goddamn mountain. - Jack Kerouak

Urban ride with S and Beattbox . Stunning stunning Cape Town Winters day for exploring the neighbourhood, take in a light history lesson, sniff out all the little green areas in the suburbs, up the skills on pavements, curbs, steps, subways, bridges, a little off-road and end it in a very civilized fashion with coffee and scones.
