Ever tried typing on a smart phone in the pouring rain? I tried today, on the side of the road trying to unsuccessfully fix a porridge wheel. Had to (try) phone the wife to come fetch me.

Wondering what is inside this tube. It isn’t mine, so perhaps my spare was swapped with someone else’s.

Do you have a iphone?  Try Siri next time rather than typing ...  :)

I also found it very difficult to use the touch screen on my Polar V650 when its wet outside ... :(

Probably the wrong tool for the job this morning but it's in the bag so to speak ... many of the favoured gravel routes round here starting to look a bit rough

Speed is your only friend over sections like this! and a light grip on the bars to protect your teeth!

I use Siri all the time, while driving, and it works fine… in quiet conditions.

Between the lightning and a down pour, Siri couldn’t hear what I was saying.

Was on my way to this section today, coming downhill though . The photo does no justice to how rough it felt on a gravel bike. My rear wheel pinged a few times and had a couple of dodgy moments.

But I should worry though ,as @NotSoBigBensaid. I was on my wife’s bike 😁

Ai mate but it's a fine line between saving your teeth and not slashing a tyre ...
