Somebody got his bike trampled by one of those when he got a bit too close. There should be pictures somewhere here on the Hub.

Nature dude!!! no matter how cute or docile looking... you don't eff with nature!

I'm always so tempted to get closer to giraffes, um CamelHorses, but I know they'll Ninja me if I do! :whistling:

Rode the Cradle trail for the first time this morning....

Wasn't expecting much, heard it's pretty good, nice flow etc... but WOW!!!!... even though I had to endure the friendly and joyous nature of most Roadies at times...I had so much fun!! Especially the piece from Kloofzicht to the Rhino/Lion Circle (did that twice)

Whoever is responsible, I owe you a beer!

Malaysia Airlines?

On a sidenote, what front tyre is that? It looks like an average American.

Fight-the-wind ride around Cape Point with some of the Pain or Shine guys! On my part it was more pain than shine this morning.

wind was pretty vicious going up chappies yesterday. most lefthand corners turned into balancing acts. Can imagine how it was today. But good on you for going out despite instinct for self preservation :P

LBS to buy a lock for my commuter. Was quietly laughing at the peeps wanting to book there bikes in for a pre CTCT service...and their silence when they were told it wasn't going to happen.

People should learn to service their own bikes.  It gives you that added benefit of knowledge on how to nurse your bike to the finish should some technical disaster happen.

147.7km LSD ride with the club.

Home to Germiston then to Three Rivers and back again.

Was great to see marshals working hard on a fun run in Three Rivers - deja vu feeling from last week. Also great to see some out-of-shape tannies and ooms waddling along - better than being on the couch or in the malls (read coffee shops, eating pies).

edit: Garmin showed 150km, but Strava showed 147.9km

Will have to do another longer ride.
