It should just have said "no matter what mommy says" on the back :D

Or......."This is proof that daddy isn't only riding bicycles"

Do epic ****

Did the Berlin BP Shamrock 100miler cycle tour this morning.

As always a great day out, but man it got hot out there and the hotter it got the less pics I took.

Shamrock Pie. Ain't no better race food

Popped down to the Cradle to excitedly try the,now open, full MTB loop.

I was too busy flying through the new sections to get any decent pics.. but... THEY ARE AMAZING!

I can NOT wait to get to ride them again.

The stretch down Beyers to Toadbury is filled with jumps and fun as is the section from Beyers down to Glenburn then awesome flowing ST back up to Bidon.

What used to be the best part, From Bidon down to the Rhino/Lion circle.. is now a part of the best parts.

Glenn Harrison is a magician!

Hehehe .....

Haven’t been to Rietvlei in a while, was pleasantly surprised! Trails are well marked, some of the old sections have been linked to make some really nice trail. Best part of all is the traditionally muddy sections have been bridged, so not too muddy!

Very lekker ride!

On the way up Chapmans Peak I had the luxury to stop, encourage the tired ones, admire the view, take pictures for the Du Toits, help fix a derailleur and soak up the vibe before catching up with DJR sr on our little 109 km spin around the fairest Cape.
