Impeccably organised event yet again, well done to all. Wind was more of an issue than expected and would be interested to know if that combined with the heat created a higher attrition rate than usual.

Gees and teamwork was apparent at all ends of the field and thank you so much to Coimbra for allowing dropped riders to join in your train.

Lots of sore and tired people hobbling around this morning but it was all worth it.

Kieran Gorge, riding in the devo team and helping us with ASAP. Finished looking fresh when all of us were covered in salt and some of us cramping for the last couple of hours
