Not new parts, but new to me.

Converted my SS to 1x10, I know this might be frowned uppon by some, but since I put the 160mm fork on I've been wanting to go higher up to come further down and having 10 gears instead of 1 makes going higher up alot easier. Nice bike, BTW.

My dream build is a custom frame, with belt drive and a hub-geared bike. Also 140-160mm fork.

I'm contemplating getting a GT, as it has that "pivot/bolt" joining the seat stay just above the dropout, until I can afford the custom build one day.

Hi. Very nice. Any feedback on it? I am looking at upgrading my dual sus to something else brand wise, and Scott is on the list...

So many mixed views on the lockout setup. Does it work or not? How is their aftersales?

I had the scott spark 910 - so to me the bike feels the same, just a touch faster, lighter,stiffer...I am a fan of the remote lockout, I like being in control of that and am used to it. the bike is fast and very agile in technical stuff. the only problem with the bike is the rider :-)

a

Can't agree more! I want the real thing, or nothing.

If any option, I'll go for the non-Chinese product, just out of principle.

Look closely at the make-up and origin of the components used in "the real thing". Frequently from China anyway
