Yes now afterwards I'm thinking that this isn't what I really want, but could've been a nice stepping stone to get where I wanted to be at. I just love the look of the Tenere 660, but might rather get a GS800 when I'm big enough [emoji23]

 

I saw one advertised in Randburg with just on 100K km, the ad said if it well maintained then the mileage should not scare anyone.

 

I think Andymann can testify to how quickly a hamfisted "mechanic" can ruin a decent motorcycle......

The little KLR had a good run out this past week end. This on the track east from Prince Albert pasr Klein Sleutalfontein farm.

Arrived at Prince Albert via the Swartburg Pass from Oudtshoorn. Was very cold and misty on the top. Hot on the northern side.

My completely restored 07 suzuki RM125, I redid everything on the bike i could think of. 

if you want a terrible powerband and motor with a great handling chassis id recommend it
