gummibear Posted January 13, 2016 Posted January 13, 2016 The police do not have a global system whereby they can link up crimes committed in other provinces via a name, ID number etc...or so I was told when I requested that this be done.The police does have a system to link criminals by Name,ID no and then theres AFIS for fingerprints. Loads of paper work to be done and takes a while to get loaded onto the system. Has to be done by a detective and signed by his commander.
