  1. 1. Should we rate Low Ball and Rude hubbers even if a sale was not completed?

Don't have an issue with the low ball offers, part of the game.

Seem to be a few who accept the price and then come with a story about the dog dying, bills etc around pay time. . Can only offer a lower amount.

As it's not an emergency sale, I'm like cool, give me a shout when the account fills up. They then get pissy about the deal and not acceptting the new offer.

Yep.
I got an offer the other day and when I replied to progress the conversation, suddenly he was buying a house and needed the cash.
Then why make the offer in the first place ?
Bizarre!

i have a good one :

Ad has been running for over a month its an expensive item

send whatsapp and PM ........no reply ....for weeks and weeks

forget about it and move on and the advert expires

3 weeks later he replies

he is kind of sarcastic but ok whatever

ask for better pics of certain bits and haggle about 7.5 percent discount on asking

he agrees to price and we arrange to meet  to check out item and buy for cash

next morning call to arrange meet and get oh he got another offer i must now better it or higher than asking .....(an offer from whom the ads been expired for at least a week😂)

told him verbal middle finger emoji 🤣 truly they live amongst us

buying stuff on bikehub is never dull

removes prince harri moaning mask and gets on with life .....

Just got the "we buy bikes" lowball treatment.

offering 30% of selling price.

always negotiable, but thanks but no thanks on that one

I know a real life instance when they offered the seller more than selling price... Few months later and bike was still struggling to be resold.
