Not ok. We also don’t know the actual specifics of the incident.

Will say that many people’s reactions are pretty disturbing towards the minors. How many of us played silly pranks as kids, beyond ‘tok tokkie’ .

But if the police are called by hotel staff after an incident and an accusation concerning minors, they have to act. Doesn’t matter who the person is or the event.

A grown man having an altercation with two girls 12-14. Rather just phone the hotel reception or your team management.

Man that sucks for him such a small incident causing him to be arrested and missing world champs!

From the articles it seems that there were no physical assault or something like that so getting arrested seems quit extreme

The article states that they were shoved into the wall and one onto the ground.

He is a grown man, he should have more self-control than two teenage girls.

Alleged….

he denies any shoving.

security footage will clear things up but with charges laid it’s going to go to court so he’ll have to stick around till it’s done so that could be 2months

he has denied touching them.. let's see.

But I feel really sorry for him - the night before a race like that you're going to be feeling pretty stressed about being woken up again and again.

It’s pretty inconsiderate of kids to be playing tok Tolkie in a hotel knocking on strangers doors. Speaks to poor parenting

most of us here are from a time when if you did this, and you went to your parents to tell them a man stripped his moer because YOU were knocking on his door the whole night -  you’d get ‘sorted out’ a second time in front of said man - and then have to apologise too for being a little dwis because you embarrassed your parents.😅

I'm probably the youngest member on here who had that exact shite happen to me ..

Getting caught, and getting a hiding was part of it ....

It speaks to kids being kids, not poor parenting.

We don’t know what actually happened.
