Yup, just wish the guys would get around to trimming all the trails, got a few wacks on the helmet from low hanging branches. It's a big area, so we'll give them some time [emoji4]

 

Hit the branches harder and they'll start backing off as you approach the next time...  :devil:

Same place on 2 different days but 30 minutes apart.

 

A nice 4.5 min climb at a comfortable pace vs 3 min at race pace.

 

Maybe one day we can try Everest this 70m climb, I'm guessing 127 repeats isn't too bad.

Morning ride with friends, 35km's via Botlierskop's entrance.

If I have it right, that's the loop we did once, a few years ago, and saw elephant, rhino, buffalo and lion (the Big 5, except for leopard). That's besides for all the other game like giraffe, kudu, bushbuck, springbok and many more. Right from the bike, right from a public road. Right in your backyard. Right where all the lemmings driving on the N2 will never suspect it. Cool part of the world. :thumbup:
