Pretty impressive group !!

I passed you from the front, in a car.  It was so good to see such a large group, riding so good.  The outside line of riders was getting close to the yellow line, but the group never came close to the busy road ... and there were a LOT of cars out.  Super safe, and an excellent example to other groups.

Are you saying that more cyclists should behave like savages? ;)

Me myself I - long Atlantic ride, was a bit stuffed coming back, so I pulled in at the Waterfront and got myself a Lindt ice cream. Soooooo good! It worked like a charm too and I made it home without dying! Really do LOVE Red Riding Hood!

Looks soooo lekka.

I love solo rides.

And the bike!! Makes me very jaggs

My wife wanted to know why I was so keen to drive 5 hours to fetch Oversea’s visitors - simple really ...

I probably passed you this morning. I enjoyed how rough the sea was with really big swells, waves crashing and lots of foam. NSRI was out doing something or other in Hout Bay and what looked like a rescue helicopter flew near Bakoven when I passed. Brilliant day on the bike - definitely not a day for paddling!

I'm a real chicken of a paddler

Join the club...I have never had a surf ski and desperate to get one

10 years in Scarbs with a paddle ski did the trick in bigish waves but that run looks awesome.

I saw video that blew my mind

Any way you wear a life jacket

If you roll in bad weather, you're a badass. Period.

With the right gear, there really isn’t an excuse, hey?

A wet, summer’s day really only requires a jacket or if it’s a short shower, then grind it out and dry off. Winter is a little different as if requires both cold and keep-day gear. Even more badass if one rides in the cold & wet.

I never postpone a ride because it’s cold and wet.
