The Ouzo Posted January 25, 2020 Share Nice light drizzle around ORT this morning. I’ve been enjoying riding without gloves, but must remember to put some on when the weather is wet, slippery hands are not cool. Not nice seeing a body hanging from the side of the parking at Emperors.
ChrisF Posted January 25, 2020 Share no cycling .... on order of the physio ..... suffering severe withdrawal symptoms .... Saw LOTS of riders out on the road this morning. The "Daisy" team looks like a lekka bunch of fun riders Saw the PureSavage group just outside Stellenbosch ... looking all business, how else. The Ouzo Posted January 25, 2020 Share What's the story with that Emperor's scenario?Don’t know any details. Looked like a body hanging over the side, covered in a sheet by the fire department that were on scene. I suspect a suicide and they were waiting for investigations before removing the body. ChrisF Posted January 25, 2020 Share Were 13 confirmed riders and 43 turned up!! Was epic!! Pretty impressive group !! I passed you from the front, in a car. It was so good to see such a large group, riding so good. The outside line of riders was getting close to the yellow line, but the group never came close to the busy road ... and there were a LOT of cars out. Super safe, and an excellent example to other groups. KingZA, MDJ, DJR and 1 other
