I need to get out and go explore more. I have yet to visit Tankwa or the Cedarberg. They sprayed something similar to fill all the holes, so when they tar it doesn't let the water under the new tar. Pikey 1

Makes sense now, seen lots of cleaning up of the streets and surrounding veld areas . Pity it didn’t happen all the time .
