It is oddly disconcerting but I just keep my 'chin up' and avoid looking down .... Besides that half a fork look as well of course!

Been a few weeks since I have been on a bike...your level of fitness can drop quickly...let's continue to try and improve

I am truly amazed at how quickly he is improving.

Probably a month ago got him a decent bike to start riding, two weeks ago I had to wait for him and last night I had to put in some effort to keep up.

The great part of being young I guess 😁

Just a short Friday afternoon spin after having grandkids all day .... Love them to bits but they can be hard work. 4 of them here various times of the day ranging from 2 to 15

This is awesome. I encountered two at Contermanskloof a couple of years ago. They're such amazing little animals.
