Zebra Posted July 14, 2025 Posted July 14, 2025 (edited) Commute HB - Paarden Eiland, otherwise known as feeling Pap, a coffee stop, a determined tree root, and a rainbow! I then stopped for the 1st time in a LONG time for a coffee 'en-route', - as I was feeling a bit pap - and found a MAGICAL little coffee stop/bar (!), in the Waterfront. Whist drinking said coffee, I noticed ALL the Ficus trees on the kerb - their root systems were 'spilling out' of the bricked surrounds, and THEN noticed, many FEET away, the root system finding its way out of the kerb! Well, I thought I better toughen the f@ck up like said root system, and try hammer the rest of the way! This rainbow greeted me in Paarden Eiland! Chris Edited July 14, 2025 by Zebra punctuation!
