I fail to understand what purpose this provides besides a broken coccyx

Red Riding Hood & I - at the spot where, exactly 1 year ago, we very nearly came to a permanent end. I did a me-myself-I Atlantic ride to celebrate being alive and lucky enough to ride my bike! Was a truly glorious day out there!

Found there were other grateful people out there as well and regretted not having a can of spray paint to add my own message.

What better way to end a ride than with a real gelato for lunch?

Took the hardtail out for a quick after work ride on Helderberg. It sure is getting light later in the mornings now, but still plenty of sunlight in the afternoons.

 

Also found a little turtle on the trails. He wasn't too impressed when I moved him.
