I should have taken pics, but you can cross either side of the trench. You have to walk a bit as it's narrow and unstable, but it's totally passable.

 

It's not too far from Bapsfontein, and you can actually see it on the Google Maps:

Does anyone know if the Delmas road is still "cyclist friendly" due to a great big gat across the road?

Does anyone know if the Delmas road is still "cyclist friend" due to a great big gat across the road?

would also like to know. I have a route planned using that road for my "virtual august"

With loads of rain expected for the weekend, I decided to put in the hours today. Started off with some mist and a light drizzle, and end with some wind and a lil more rain. AssSaver saved the day.

Late start at the office but who cares when you your own boss !

Was hoping for recovery without surgery.

It’s fairly straightforward reconstructive surgery with 8 weeks or so off the tar and trails
