Hi Chris, no map, but I cycled from Onrus to Hawston (there is a singletrack just south of the R43). I then took the first street left (south) into Hawston, aptly named Harbour Road and reached the harbour after about 1 km. Not a place to visit after dark and there was a lot of broken glass.

Open, but surface on the Tulbach side have been roughed up for new tar. It is very bumpy.

Any idea when it is to be closed again for the rest of the road works ?

No, but it looks like they are prepping both sides of the road for tar, Im going to guess it will be close early in Jan when construction industry starts up again.
