Good luck to her, its a long and fulfilling journey, my better half completed it just before the birth of our daughter

Thursday afternoon broke through a concrete floor in the courtyard and dug a deep excavation to try and find the source of a water leak. 4 hours and a stuffed back later decided to rather let the pros handle it.  Did not sleep lekker that night.
Friday was spent on anti inflamtories and doing stretches. By mid day I was feeling better.  But halfway through the night I was in pain and landed up not sleeping well.
Saturday had a lekker zone 1 ride with Chad and was contemplating hitting SBR or my normal hill training route this morning. Slept better, but woke at round 5:30 when our power went out.
When I got up I was feeling very fatigued, looked at the calendar, looked at my training progress and decided today was going to be a rest day. So went back to bed and only got up again at 8.

We LOVE Rietdakkie ...

I was fighting the wind all the way to Worcester, with a slight reprieve on the way back until I got back on the Wellington side when it was nose down again. It has to be done Chris, can’t hide from the wind during the Munga.
