I was in the same until I had a one-on-one with a very skilled downhill rider. Sections I would normally get off and push through suddenly became flowing (single track).

Wendel offered an intermediate skills course, and I was initially one of three people that attended. Two beginner riders (friends) pitched up, one crashed on a very basic bump and ended up in hospital. Their misfortune became my fortune.

Have had lessons with peaches... one of them at hakahana bloody brilliant . Never thought I could do that pallet drop but Chris showed me the way.

I think rietvlei has tricker sections to ride although now they easier and for me completely rideable.

Thaba is all rideable now with the downhill course no longer in service.

Met up with a fellow hubber in Gansbay over the weekend and went riding on some of his usual routes round Baardskeerdersbos .

This is a beautifull area to ride in, if you know where to go.cdd8191ca8d718a118ccabc60c03a881.jpgbaafc149711ae026cc79d17fe34a3cb2.jpg3621222694e98700dee69e878af705f1.jpgThanks Suidwes Boytjie for showing me around, always great to meet fellow hubbers.dca1a20ca55c0c57c48b2df3a7dbde3b.jpg

I thought I've seen all "luminous" stuff but a seat, is your seat "luminous" or is it just the photo?

Hou die rubber op die grond!

Hi Bennie, not luminous, but an extremely bright orange. They come stock on some of the Scott bikes.

My ouers het 'n huis in Franskraal. Ek ry gewoonlik saam met Corrie as ek daar is. Daai trails agter die berg is rerig een van die kaap se bes bewaarde geheime.
