no calves Posted December 29, 2023 Share Morning. Any comparison between the Breville Barista Express and Kenwood Manual Espresso Machine? Both look very similar in design and features but the Kenwood is quite cheaper. Regards

Great quality and a great way to dive into the barista rabbit hole. I bought mine second hand for R6k, so that made it a no brainer for me. W@nted Posted January 9 Share I am truly shocked by the amount of bean to cup coffee machines used in restaurants and coffee shops here in the Netherlands. So disappointing!

I`m no expert like our fellow Hubber`s. But to me, the JURA E8 is a top 3 purchase of Bean-to-cup machines. Yes everybody would like to be a barista and make beautiful coffee, but it takes skills to learn and time to prepare, a bean-to-cup for me is a winner. On my wish list for many a year...been saving for 3 years and every year there is just something the house/wife/kids need, normally animals...our Golden Retriever Charlie`s actual name is Starbucks and the Fish Aquarium is known as Java. See if you can demo a machine. Enjoy your morning cuppa! Chadvdw67

So disappointing! Thats my general experience of Europe tbh, not just NL, and they’ll charge you €5 with a smile. I always travel with my aeropress just for some sane coffee.
