Are they not tubeless ready? I've got a Scout, and mine had tubes in them, but were tubeless ready, so I did the conversion.

And it held? I am used to seeing some branding on the tyre to at least say tubeless ready. If not they tend to leak through the sidewalls.

Fine so far.
Also, WTB do list the Byway as TR on their site:
https://www.wtb.com/collections/road/products/byway

I've also found the grip to be less than stellar in wet, seen my ass on the greenbelts a few times.

Interested in getting some of these as an alternate option: https://www.wtb.com/collections/gravel-cx/products/sendero

Mine does not have the "TCS" as depicted in the pictures online though, that's why I am curious.

That is good to know, got a flat on my front wheel a few weeks ago and while patching the tube was wondering whether it could be converted.
Will definitely look into it now.

I use wtb venture on my gravel bike. They are not cheap but are easier to get.

Where'd you find it? (also, need 650b, not 700)

Mine too. Need to send it in to Garmin to see if it can be “fixed”.
