I fear I shall follow suite

ha! No.... I try my best not to think about it then people on here are just rubbing it in my face

I'll happily throw some fuel on this fire with my rigid steel steed. Not singlespeed (although I am toying with the idea of getting a SS kit for it, or getting a SS road bike).

Do it! All the cool kids are doing it, don't you want to be cool?

As someone who currently finds himself with ONLY a SS gravel bike. Get ready for some pain!!!!

That's why I'm keeping 12 gears on the rigid steely and also my dual sus bike, like to have options .... :)

Was going to buy a new bicycle, but my current mileage doesn’t justify it.

So spent half the money, and bought something that I have been wanting for ages….

Those who know me, know that my true passion is motorbikes.

Just some back story..... Below are some of the bikes I've had over the last 10 years and regret selling..... Hence my reluctance to admit I always had EXACTLY what I needed

Autumn is here

I have been running those for a while and have been quite impressed so far.

They remind me a bit of the ol' Gatorskins in their weight and perceived toughness. They are not meant to be racing tyres, but I am looking for reliability over weight and rolling resistance.

On my second set, vs Gatorskins they are MUCH better. Used to run gatorskins for years.

Also went for puncture resistance over weight and rolling resistance. Unless something better comes along at the price I will continue to use them.

Just got my 5yo son his first geared bike. Titan Hades SE 20. Very impressed with the components for the price. Light! Hydraulic brakes with kiddie friendly adjustable reach. Rapid fire shifter microshift 1x8 drive train. Suntour air fork with ridiculous plushness at low pressures. Vee crown gem tyres.

Only thing that may be an issue is the rear derailer clearance from the ground... but I see that is a common issue in tiny wheel geared bikes.

Where did you get it from?
Also about to pull the trigger on a 20" for my son, and trying to get something quality that will last for him and then his sister.
