Its astounding how few people understand how a radius works. If I see one more person asking “But what if I want to run 10km..”

This is what you get for 30% math lit.

The scary part ... HOPE the cop that stops you knows the difference ....

PLEASE dont gift the powers that be with reasons to ground cyclists !! Stay safe out there.

Seems to me that this limited time is more to prevent people using exervise as an excuse to be out and about all day... If they said 6-9pm, for instance, then every person is gonna be our on the roads and streets all day, hooking up with neighbors, etc... While this will lilely still happen, i doubt anyone not actually exercising will want to be out and about at that time...

Might just be an easier monitoring method. Im not a fan, as i usually like to ride in the aftwrnoons after work, and that's what I've been sticking to on the IDT, but honestly, i couldnt care. Having a three hour window is amazing... I didnt think we were going to get the allowance in level 4 anyway, so this great...

Hopefully bike shops will be allowed to trade again.

Anybody have a link to the gazzetted version ?

Need to check what works will be allowed ....

I think the above document is it but the download is soooooo slow, it's taking forever to load to the relevant sections to confirm.

EDIT: Finished download. Yeah, this seems to be the latest regulations. Page 24 has the allowed industries.

I plotted a 5k radius from my house on a map and saved it on my phone. Just in case I find myself in a situation where I need to draw pictures.

I think as long as you don't head out into the countryside the more important rule is not having to explain to the cops why you are still on your bike long after 9h00

I can do 5km as per Google maps without crossing the same street in a 1km radius.

lets just hope that whoever stops you and questions whether you within your 5km radius actually understands what 5km radius actually means......

Good luck all and enjoy
