fanievb Posted August 22, 2020 Share We all have trouble with motorists with the attitude that cyclists have no right to be on the road. Remember, our bikes are legal forms of transport and have the same rights on the road as a car. I just wish that, although bikes do no damage the roads such as cars, trucks and buses, the authorities would charge a nominal licensing fee to get over this nonsensical accusation that we don't pay licensing fees. Maritz riding the burms (pic taken from his bike) .... Coffee time for me ... Time for Maritz to ride those berms at the kiddies pump track ... But there were lots of kids ... so he was playing follow the leader more often than not .... Once more up to the top for another run of Lombard's .... first time for Maritz to catch and pass others on the climb .... As always .... make time to take in nature .... The kids bike was super fun, the skills were a bit sketchy and I did eat it on Cobra over cooking the right hander with the rock berm. Despite the rain, the trails are rolling really fun. One or two extra exposed rocks or small ruts but as they would say in the classifieds..... Mint condition, better than new!
