Meeting ended much later than expected .... briefly considered a shorter route .... so glad I did the full loop.

 

Stiff breeze up Smitswinkel !!  That last climb, once you turn away from the coast, the wind was seriously nasty !!  To the point where it was dangerous to ride near the side of the road.  Just as I got to the top, the wind stopped.

 

What a stunning afternoon to be out on the bike 👍👍👍

You talk about wind...........but in your pictures False Bay is flat as a mirror...........you have to come back next time when there is a bit of a South Easterly breeze........just kidding.........I know it can blow Southwest sometimes and look like that.
