We spent the past weekend in Hartenbos for my wifes birtday and I went riding on some of the gravel back roads round Klein Brak.

Somehow got lost and ended up in Groot Brak with a extra 15km peddle to get home.77a48210732c598ed8423de18c2b610c.jpg4e8fc0b61664a1ea3e2cab7a2cab7e03.jpg7a9af4719f22fa534bfad44929d5db76.jpgba045ebe53278f13f6f0ad245b87798a.jpgd5ab66d0010ebf7eeab87c91a5289164.jpgf931fa8e9e227ca49987ab559c948fe2.jpgcfd958fbadfdeef13bb6107198b73a93.jpg1afa0edf97a4e003534a204eac946f8e.jpg

Sorry I missed you at the caravan park, I went to my daughter in Potchefstroom for the weekend. We had a father and daughter weekend, quite enjoyed it.

Currently bike-packing the Munda Biddi Trail in Western Australia. 1000km, mostly off-road track or trail, or on gravel roads through state forest. Planning on taking around 21 days, from Perth to Albany.

So sorry, I would have preferred to have a "like massively" button for this! Or a "jealous as all hell" button, at least!

My little 'skills' spot. I ride to the top on the grassy mount and gun it down to ride of the ledge..lol...not a massively high ledge but high enough to practice some good technique and get used to riding drop offs.

Is that a pic of your lunch as well?[emoji6] Is that a dedicated cycle lane in the left where your bike is standing?

It was the Steers I had for breakfast to give me that extra kick!

Yup, it runs from Big Bay to Melkbosstrand (about 15 km in total for this new stretch). Clearly separated from motor vehicle traffic with a concrete barrier/slabs.

Was great to be back on the bike.

Riding for the fun of it. No zones to chase, no clock to watch.
