These may be functional, but man they are fugly! I shall be sticking to my Mule! Each to their own I guess...

I have to agree with this... but hey what works for you...

I like my Camelback, nice, snug and compact...

Cape Union Mart have the Source one that comes with a harness thing. I think Source have the best bladders about. Camelbak always seem to need a lot of care and always taste off.

Comes in about R1700 and while I like the idea there are a lot of packs in that price range that cover more bases.

I haven't seen it on the cycling scene yet but I know the (motorbike) enduro riders do use them. Normally stuffed with tyre repair cans and extra race fuel.

Medical kit, tow rope, masterlink, tools, duct tape, cables ties, pratley steel ect. Not an easy push if you break down

Yeah but that's so not #enduro enough these days! I just want to know how many guys have bought these and actually put them on the front in the time honoured place of the fanny pack! :)

It is a big thing here in NZ at enduro's and on the EWS scene already.

(Especially with the woman)

Edit: I can basically make the comment to say that none of the woman ride with normal camel packs anymore, they all have those.

Seeing as my wife is always right, if the women don't ride backpacks, then it is just a matter of time before we all ride with these packs. Edited by PhilipV

I reckon the benefit of this vs a Cameback must be weight distribution.

If you are going to carry a pack, then carry a pack !

This is my choice, even if I'm going for a 5km fun ride

My pack is the Dakine Amp 25l. 3l bladder and 22l storage space. Always in my car.
