Operation is now scheduled for 17h00.My nerves are shot, and the are yet to give me my meds to help calm me down.They did not give me food last night so the last thing I ate was a KFC mini loaf at 14h00 yesterday. Operation is now scheduled for 17h00.My nerves are shot, and the are yet to give me my meds to help calm me down.They did not give me food last night so the last thing I ate was a KFC mini loaf at 14h00 yesterday. So you will be well practiced at Fasted for your next fasted training  Old saying .. the future have not happened yet, so nothing you can do about it .. the past is already in the past , so nothing you can do about it ... so why worry ?
