2019 Strava Stats

My rather sad looking stats. Fell at the end of Jan, couldn't get back out on a bike till beginning September, could've gotten on a trainer but preferred to be depressed and feel sorry for myself - big mistake. Will do better in 2020.

I don't think I could even swim 193M. To a non swimmer like me, that looks like a long way.

Three more rides planned, should make 12,000km - big year for me

Not bad considering I did just 4000km in 2018, put on loads of weight and just became plain lazy.

 

Started the year off slow, worked off all the extra weight and ended strong. Just another 75km to add to this and i'm done for the year.

Mine , somewhat less. Lowest stats since I joined Strava.

 

99 hours running

80 hours cycling.

3 hours swimming.

 

2020 will be better.
