 At 6 we are still heading home from the party, you know, to get home in time for a quick shower and a tooth brush before riding to work.

So true... in my younger days [9 years ago] I was asked to move to Cpt for work, and we did this quite a bit in the 6 months I was there. Just did not ride to work, was overweight and lazy back then.

In my new life as a digital nomad ( I am in Somerset West for two weeks) I am going to the opening of the new Conrad Scholtz trails at Ernie Els vineyard on Saturday and the Murati Trails on Sunday.

Dithered a bit about going out this morning considering the inclement weather on the Highveld but glad I went out! I was told a long time ago that the toughest part is just getting out the door, after that it's always a good ride.
