Some time in Jonkershoek and some in Kingsbury Hospital.

Had a pedal strike and went super man chest and face first. Nothing broken thankfully

Glad you're all in one piece Meezo

Pretty impressive group !!

I passed you from the front, in a car.  It was so good to see such a large group, riding so good.  The outside line of riders was getting close to the yellow line, but the group never came close to the busy road ... and there were a LOT of cars out.  Super safe, and an excellent example to other groups.

Was pretty impressed with a lot of the riders that pulled through, group of around 35 stayed together for 90% of the ride, we did creep a little on the average speed and ended up on 33 instead of 28/29. Great to see those that have been putting in big efforts reap rewards.

Me myself I - long Atlantic ride, was a bit stuffed coming back, so I pulled in at the Waterfront and got myself a Lindt ice cream. Soooooo good! It worked like a charm too and I made it home without dying! Really do LOVE Red Riding Hood!

classy move to pull into the Lindt studio for a well deserved ice cream!

Fischer’s Hill, Lynkfield drive x2, Kallanbach, old Makro Hill.

Nice little morning ride.

Was great getting to the top of Fischer’s and the clouds were blowing over the road.

Decided on something shorter, less hills and just to spin a bit after my previous ride which caused severe muscle pains from my lower back down to the shins.

My son (18years old) actually came and asked me if we could go cycling which I really appreciated. [emoji44][emoji2][emoji16]3575ae7e004202ad8b446031babf6291.jpg

Desert Exploring... Must be honest, it’s beautiful but being solo out there is “uncomfortable” when you not sure where the tracks go. Always a little cautious.

Stunning pic - where is this?
