My wife insisted I get my depro ass off the couch and on the bike for a ride. Took a leasuirely ride out to Maggies farm for some chicken pie and nougat. Called my eldest to come and fetch us and all the shopping…

Waiting for the team car….

Felt good while riding. Best I felt in ages. But it took me about an hour to “feel” it.

Back on the couch as soon as I got home. Couldn’t have read oom Ben’s words at a better time.

last ride was a week today. Been confined to the bed with COVID since.

My head really needs a ride right now, my heart reminds me its not ready yet every time I leave the bed.
