I must remember this on Friday .... adding 50% to my previous longest Park Walk .... distance should be fine, but I need to keep a pretty decent pace to complete in time .... I know that at some stage this morning my mind decided that I'd had enough, the legs and lungs didnt take long to start screaming after that.
