And he rides at 25 to 30km/h on level sections, with all that weight .....

 

 

Have to wonder about his Argus time with those legs and endurance ....

@Stretched@Birth I had, been back a few months . Visas & Covid restrictions scuppered our plans,added to the mix kids schooling . At least I earnt a few squid . 

1st 1/4 next year hopefully .

@copperhead Thanks for the awesome pics. I am astounded by the stark beauty of the places you ride. I need to get out and go explore more. I have yet to visit Tankwa or the Cedarberg. One of these fine days I am going to load up the bakkie with my tent, my bike and wife and kid and go see the world less seen.

Electioneering at it's best.
It's happening too (this week) on the road between Daleside and the reserve. They sprayed something similar to fill all the holes, so when they tar it doesn't let the water under the new tar.

Makes sense now, seen lots of cleaning up of the streets and surrounding veld areas . Pity it didn’t happen all the time .

It may not be the Cape, but GP also has some beautiful places to ride....
