Moonlight Mass in Cape Town! The PERFECT evening for it, nice and warm, no wind, a massive yellow moon, friendly crowd, nice route, Green Point, Sea Point Promenade, Waterfront zig zag, Long Street party town, Bree Street, Fan Walk, back to start!

Waterfront - I have been to quite a few famous waterfront developments elsewhere in the world, including the people who started the trend, San Francisco, and our Cape Town Waterfront is still by far the coolest and it just keeps on getting BETTER. Saw the new bit near the entrance up close for the first time last night with Ferrari, Porche and Bentley shops lined up next to each other - I saw a Ferrari or 2 eye my Merckx!

Oh, and I took the Merckx to an art exhibition at the Museum of Contemporary Art Africa. They were showing a William Kentridge animation outside and I'm sure the Merckx approved (Eddy Merckx himself is an art lover and collector). To those who have not been to the MOCAA, just GO! It is FREE on a Wednesday! Even if you don't care much about art, the Silo building is an architectural masterpiece to behold! To those who have not been to the Kentridge exhibition that is currently on at the MOCAA, just GO! It is absolute world class and on par or better than what you will expect at the Tate in London or MOMA in New York!

Tokai with Beattbox. Tried the Broken Road and its MASSIVE berms and wall rides for the first time since its renovation! Fast and BIG! It is obvious that someone with a big yellow machine and a fetish for berms got in there because on the new My Roots section, there were more of them! Fantastic stuff! All applause to the Tokai MTB guys! I'll go try the Donkey Trail next, but felt a bit too pap in the legs for that today.
