RocknRolla Posted January 12, 2016 Share So my bike took me to the shops the other day, 500m from my house, wearing plakkies. Somehow, I strained the ligaments between my toes as well as some other stuff above and below the foot, I had to use a crutch till I could see the physio who inflicted more pain with needles hooked up to a battery (still thinks she just did that for ****s and giggles to see how I squirm) Been off the bike for a week. Her summary: wear proper shoes when riding with cleat pedals...
