Good old Thornvlei road.

 

Every MTBer in East London has a love hate relationship with this road, but it works great for training at all levels.

 

 

Just before my turnaround point this morning.

 

 

Sunrise over the Gonubie River valley.

 

 

And a ride would not be complete without a visit to Gonubie point.
