It's a gravel bike... you can get away with much bigger gearing. I ride 30t chainring with a 42t cassette on my mtb, and 38t chainring with 42t on the gravel bike and I get away with mostly the same sort of climbs on the two - obviously not very techy climbs on gravel bike though.

Drop bars and hopefully a fairly light build - I ride a 36 on my current hardtail gravel bike and have never used the 50. Where I live and ride consists of pretty decent hills - any 50km ride from my gate is 1000m climbing

 

If it doesn’t work I will go smaller but hopefully I’ll be ok

(Ordered Sidis online and they were too small - ended up going to the ASG to swap them, but didn't have my size. Got a refund, but was a PITA)

Been getting parts together since September last year... frame needed to get a polish due to bad handling in transit, this was done 2 weeks ago and then was put together.
