well dead is never a good outcome

 

and that is because most petrol cars in SA are homologated to EU2 emissions standard which still allows CO out the tail pipe

it's about the length of time it took the cops to find the kingpins, meet with them, extort them and increase the cost of their silence by atleast about 40% in the 2years I think.

Bit of both, the scale of workload is crazy. Also a lot of stuff needs to be in order with a multi-agency agreement. 
24 months is actually not that out there, especially if we consider massive projects like Operation Puerto.

Well done to all the agencies involved.

May all of them rot in jail! Let's hope the evidence collected is rock-solid.

I do feel sorry for the kids who will now sit without fathers, but those fathers knew what they were doing, so no sympathy for them.
