When car guards and intersection beggars embrace technology there will no longer be the excuse "sorry I do not have change"

Change..... just give them a ten buck note

This isn’t the 1990’s n all....

Do people not pick up their dogs ****s?

I am sure the justification is trial maintenance?

Sorry, havent read the last few pages, if this has been discussed before...

It's the biggest bane of my Table Mountain cycling experience. The areas where we cycle on TBM are bordered by shall we say not so cheap residential areas. Hence one can deduce that the dog walkers are rather well off. But the amount of k u k you see and smell....especially in the Higgovale, Devils Peak areas. Just goes to show money doesn't buy class.

Been discussed on another topic. Could of been one of the tokai deleted ones. But Ja, people have a blatant disregard for leash laws ad picking up their animals crap.

I spent last week in a reserve, no dogs allowed on one of the beaches, and yet people still rock up with their dogs and even without a leash. A dog tried to charge me, while I had walking stick. I turned around and was about to charge the dog, when it turned and ran. The owner wasnt very happy, but he was clearly too scared to come nearer.

I dont understan, naa wait, I do understand why people insist on breaking laws. Be it jumping a stop street, not buying a permit, driving a car with out a license etc etc etc. The enforcement of such laws are pathetic.

I always say, these people take their animals out for a walk to crap all over the place so that they dont have to clean their yards.

Have a look around your neighborhood when you're walking and you'll see dog poop everywhere. We have fierce fines here (€1000) but to date there only been one prosecution. It's simply to difficult to enforce...so... People just don't pick it up. Out in the bush they definitely won't pick it up unless maybe by chance it's on the path.. But even then I would have my doubts

It’d be nice, but not one cent of that goes back into the trails
