Yeah I've checked the regs again and you're right. Movement is only allowed within your district. Gauteng and Tshwane are different districts.

Oh well, I don't carry a map with me when I ride. I might have crossed from EKU into Tshwane this morning.

Does it matter when both are vrotspots?

Drunk and riding incident?

Traffic light was involved in a hit and run on corner Muizenberg Main Road and Beach Road in the early hours of this morning. Didn't take long for the alcohol to kick in.

again without road blocks there is no way of policing this. The intent is noble but....

Without expanding too much I feel this is pretty apt of SA's covid response. We hit it early and hard with world-leading measures (I thought), but the smaller details and execution has indeed let us down.

Whether thats 'our' collective fault, or governments, or wherever you sit on the slider we'll all differ but I reckon the above remains true.

No the chopper was definitely operating in the mountain, so my guess is a hiking accident. What Koei says adds credence.

Will probably be in the news tomorrow.

The incident happened in Nursery Ravine, so likely hiking /running related. I don't have any other info atm.

The blame game in the governing party has already started. Cyril looks tired and worn down fight the NDZ/Cele/Patel and other idiots. He's showing himself to be weak. I think Tito is way stronger and his Twitter rants gave us insight into whats really going on.

The communist faction want to bring about their Radical Economic Transformation (to poverty) while Tito, Cyril and the business leaders want to get on with raising the economy.

Then we have a populace that is waiting to be lead to the promised land. It took Moses 40years and Cyril is only in year 2....

The buck stops with the ANC. Who in that convoluted structure gets the blame depends on how many stand to lose a lot

Is the traffic light okay? Wishing it a speedy recovery, hopefully it won’t be blue for much longer.

NZ hit hard and early just exactly we did. They are a balanced civil society and they now sit with no cases and they are in the clear and their economy is recovering. We had the right idea but as with every other joke in this country we had no chance of executing it and so we sit with a poop show for the foreseeable future.

Regardless of what happens within the ever ongoing power struggles within the ANC, the blame always lands in the same place and probably always will

It's me, it's my fault, because of something Jan Van Riebeck did in 1652.  Despite everything I have tried to do in my lifetime to contribute to this country I will be always be the reason for the countries ills.
