All good luckily my shoe took most of the impact and bleeding stopped as soon as I put pressure on it.At least managed and early session. BenReaper and Vetseun 2

Sketchy "widowmaker" downhill leads you on to undulating trail with sneaky overgrown twists and turns. Rocky climbs and decents and Mont Marie at the end. Super fun and the view is worth the effort. Nice slow ride with a group of friends. NICE way to get back on the bike after 8 days in the bed .... I watched the hart rate CLOSELY ! 20 to 30bpm higher than normal .... Duane_Bosch and BenReaper 2
Duane_Bosch Posted February 10, 2019 Posted February 10, 2019 I hate all of you. Had stomach issues yesterday so yesterday's shuttle day and today road ride were off the table and All I could manage was a spinning class.
