for how long Oom?

Maybe I can get in an easy ride or indoor this afternoon, not so much the injuries from my fall that's the problem but I've been struggling with 'half a cold' for what feels like days on end now...

The arm has healed well, no pain unless I happen to bump it or put pressure on it. Stitches out day after tomorrow ????

Chilly Tshwane Classic.
Nobody wanted to work, so myself and another gent rode together most of the race, dropping the tailgaters up the inclines.
left hamstring cramped at 60km and again at 75km. Luckily was able to slow down and ride it out.

I want my extra 4km, I paid for 92km dammit

seeded in DL but started in EL

did you ride ?

Yip, rode in B. Very nervous bunch. Was a big crash around half way which cause bunch to split whereafter bunch riding was a bit more organised.

Finished up in 2.26. Hopefully that will improve seeding a bit as it fell through it's own butt due to no races since since start lockdown

65kms to get a coffee at Op Die Berg. The coffee shop here is legit. Lekka place. Now to do the 65kms back to Oasis.

Fellow Hubbers, take note - 130km round trip for a cup of good coffee - we have an addict in our midst - just not sure if he is addicted to riding or to coffee or both????????
