The chaps at Wrap My Bike had a 24hour special on some wrap that looked interesting. Colours matched my bike so made the impulse purchase.

That is a ski erg... So it works like a Concept 2 rower but you pull down on the handles to activate the fan and the work out.

It is brutal.

Use one of those, an assault bike and a concept 2 and you will be more ripped than a pair of 70s denims

Had some "custom" chainrings made by @ALiRACINGWORX. The ad listing was for MTB chainrings - but my request was entertained, and now I have 'rings in 42T and 44T. Perfect fit, and run like a dream.
