It's the dumbest thing, honestly. Your body can only absorb x-amount of whatever vitamin/mineral per day in any event, the excess is excreted. That's why your pee turns orange if you drink too much Vitamin C.

A balanced, healthy diet gives you all the vitamins and minerals you require. Anything else goes down the toilet.

Faddy, frivolous, and dodgy to do any invasive intervention that’s not medically needed.  Even more dodgy is any cure labelled “detox” as on that site.  Any physiologist or reputable healthcare practitioner will tell one that “detox” is an entirely fallacious notion.

This one works:

NAD+ Drip

Because science.

I however cannot afford those regularly, I supplement my NAD production through other means.

Oh, and block off at least two hours if you ever get it. You can rush it, but it hurts.

Looking at the rest of the menu, it appears little more than an expensive way to get colourful pee.

Looking at the first one, the anti-inflammatory and auto-immune, I would ask why you have the problem in the first place. Are *you over-training?

*You, as in the royal you.

I have had the "jetfuel" several times during race weeks and I feel a difference. Perhaps its placebo or just the extra hydration they give you! Who knows!

Benefits of NAD not decisively proven in humans, yet.

Yeah, there is good evidence, and for my own part, I'm pretty certain there's benefit for me personally, and I trust my results.

Here's a good read:

That said, my NAD upregulation is part of a wider regimen of supplementation loosely based on some new geroprotective science, and stopping short of SARMS.
