Increase in average distance, I see - superb 😈

Busiest I’ve seen it in a very long time.

Indeed. I saw it coming before it happened though. People start off with a fitness journey with a bang with the start of every year.

How far did you guys ride? I did route 2 but you seemed to finish long before me. Only 2 older gents passed me at a frightening pace.

You were flying past us at the start :D

We did a bastardized version of 2/3 that I worked out. It skips most of the mud. Except for those two swimming pools in the new berms section.

Finished on 30km and tried to go for coffee but no open tables

he he he, poor style, should be hanging off the inside of the bike, motogp style, keeping the bike more "upright". But just maybe he knows better 😁

Five different visits to the Kranshoek MTO / Cairnbrogie MTB Trails just outside Plett.

The most fun I've had on my MTB in a long time. Huge compliments to the trail builders and the corporate sponsors. This will become the benchmark against which other trails will be measured. Will be interesting to see how the trails settle, and how rain will effect the riding experience (although all trails do say "no riding when wet").

My favorites, in order:

Dummy Run

Old Coot

RocknRolla

Ziggy's Zig Zag
